Delivery
We aim to deliver selected available products within 1 day in Guwahati. One-day delivery is not guaranteed for every product or order — availability, order size and location can affect the delivery date. For addresses outside Guwahati we confirm timelines on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Packaging
Orders are packed with premium protective packaging so roots, leaves and pots stay safe in transit.
Damaged plant replacement
Damaged plant replacement is available for eligible cases. Send a photo of the plant and packaging on WhatsApp (8402804248) within 24 hours of delivery and our team will review your request.
Payment
Orders of ₹999 and above can be paid by Cash on Delivery or online prepaid payment. Orders below ₹999 are online prepaid only. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay — we never store your card or banking details.
Privacy
We collect your name, mobile number, email and delivery address only to process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. Photos you upload to the AI Plant Advisor stay in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. We never sell your data.
